CARLITOS — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

I am a regular customer, generally the drinks, food and the service are good . But today was awful . I went today 28/08 at 19:30 and sat in the tables outside. The waitress who attended us was the worst. Not only for the bad service but also when i wanted to pay, she told me that the bill was 23 euros (when it was really less) . I payed the amount and then I realized that was not the right price. I ask her for the receipt and she told me that 23 euros is the total of the bill plus the tip included and that I must tip her although the bad service ( which is not legal ). It was unbelievable her answer! I don’t find honest at all that she charged me whatever she wanted as a tip. Is a “must” to pay whatever SHE wants ? Honestly i’m disappointed and i feel cheated for not telling me what was the actual amount to pay. I find this, STEAL and CHEAT to customers that maybe don’t know the prices or come for...

I visited this place with my friend and had a water bottle with me (from outside). The waitress came to take our order and took my water bottle to place it on the ground under the table. I understand you’re not allowed to drink beverages from outside but I wasn’t drinking it PLUS she could’ve asked nicely and I would’ve put it away, it was an honest mistake. I then asked why she did that and she said it wasn’t allowed because they too offer water in the menu. Rude and unnecessary , I don’t appreciate my personal belongings being touched and moved around without permission or a word! She could’ve asked me and I would’ve gladly moved it away…the food was mid, they used to prepare it much...

Die Bedienung ist eine sehr unfreundliche junge Dame, die keine Ahnung von Nachhaltigkeit hat anscheinend. Wir wurden unfreundlich empfangen. Zuerst fing es an mit was machen Sie hier teilen Ihnen einen Platz zu, Sie können nicht einfach irgendwo sitzen!!!! Es waren 3 mal vierer Tische frei gewesen. Auch wenn die Dame es uns nicht gesagt hätte wo wir sitzen sollen hätten wir einen von den Tischen genommen. Während wir mit den Getränken fertig waren mussten wir ca. Eine halbe Stunde warten bis die junge Dame mit dem Quatschen aufhörte an der theke mit dem barkeeper. Am Ende wollte ich mit Karte zahlen. Sie hat die zahlen komplett eingegeben 57,30€ und wartet knapp eine Minute und schaut in die Leere. Als ich sie gefragt hab können wir bitte weiter machen schreit sie mich an und sagt es ist hier gerade zu eng. Dann geht man zur seite und sagt zumindest was oder bittet um Geduld oder fragt , ob wir zur Seite gehen können! Aber nein. Die junge Dame Anfang 20ern muss schreien. Ich weiss nicht warum sie tatsächlich gewartet hat. Es war weder eng noch waren da zu viele Leute. Denn es war kurz nach 22:00 Uhr am 25.05.22. anscheinend wollte sie noch Trinkgeld und war enttäuscht dass wir nichts gegeben haben für die Grotten schlechter Bedienung. Wir sind übrigens 4 erwachsene bodenständige Ärzte und Ingenieure gewesen. Benehmen, Respekt und Freundlichkeit haben wir dennoch gezeigt, aber solche Mitarbeiter machen die Stimmung kaputt. Schade dass es keine 0 Sterne gibt. Ich würde jedem raten die Rezensionen hier zu lesen. Soviele Menschen haben über die schlechte Bedienung geschrieben. Echt es ist eine Blamage...
