The food is ok but doesn't worth the price, the portion size is too small. The menu is a bit confusing and entrees need to be pre-ordered to be eaten on site. Eating other snacks like ice cream inside is not welcomed, which makes sense and we went outside to finish to show our respect after they promised it was ok this time. Unfortunately, we didn't feel the same respect. Packing and taking away are not possible here which is ridiculous. The attitude of one of the waitress is ok however the rest is a disaster. The essential information was always not communicated in advance, for example, they didn't tell us about the extra charge for the food that was not pre-ordered until when we need to check the bill. When we arrived, the menu was completely incomprehensible. The waiter misled us into ordering the wrong salmon pot, but there was no "salmon" on the menu at all.
After waiting for over an hour and finally the wrong dish was served. I don't eat fish at all!
After complaining, the waiter said that there was unsold beef intestine hot pot and asked us if we still wanted it and We agreed, but at the end of the check they charged us several euros more because we didn't have a reservation!
