Miss Moneypenny — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

I'm very sad to leave a bad review when the food was 4 stars worthy. The service was bad, and I mean bad. We arrived and were asked what to drink promptly. The drinks came (this was breakfast time) and then we ordered the food. Well besides the food taking its time to arrive it came all at different times. There were people at the table who had finished their breakfast when others hadn't even started. Worst, people came in after us and were served first. This is unthinkable in any restaurant worthy a positive review. Not recommended for breakfast at all. The only thing that made me give two stars instead of one was that the food was actually good. The breakfast plate for two was also a mistake. It's more expensive than the single and only has one more egg than the single plate, the rest is exactly the same and almost no cheese. On the other hand one of the tasty paninis or the Käse Teller was a good choice. Oh, and I don't recommend the mango quark, it was off for sure. Last but not least it's awfully loud in the big room. Not having breakfast here again. Funny thing - at the end when we had already paid, and of course not tipped, the waiter said (in the rudest way) to the last one of us exiting "tell your friends that it's polite to leave a 10% tip!". That was the cherry on the top of the bad cake it...

Very nice place to eat breakfast. Small selection, but the composition is very good and especially the Greek yoghurt is excellent. Pretty small, but you can sit towards the very large windows and watch the central of bilk s. Nice quiet background music and the service is very neat. Great place to drink a coffee in peace of for a cozy date...

Such a great spot! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the manager goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. It’s the perfect place for private parties or just to relax with a few drinks.
