Sweetheart Düsseldorf — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

I made the profound mistake of going to this burnt-out dustbin for lunch today. Disgusting! If the slab between the bread indeed derived from a cow, it was from one cloned in the 60's as part of some clandestine program whose meat was frozen for the past 40+ years. The patty more resembled a piece of plastic both in look and consistency. Blah! Even the french fries were dry and disappointing.

This is not to make no mention of the drunk-at-midday clientele (civil servants?).

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

At least the waitress was friendly enough (I guess) and very expedient in any case to help my friend and I get out of there sooner. Thank...

Used to be regular customer here because of the tasty burgers, but the last time I went there, 4 days ago, I couldn't believe that I am eating the same burger I have ordered 1000 times... The bread was extremly old, so I decided I better leave it, and the meat tasted just like any half-prepared frosen patties you can byu in supermarkets... I am not sure if I am going to give them another chance, maybe months after this Covid-19 thing is over... (assuming that is the reason for the poor quality...) 2 stars only because the fries were...

The waitress was extremely rude from the first moment we arrived, we ordered a bottle of wine, she arrived with a wine and rolling her eyes (don’t know why) and 5 min later she came to say we have to pay right now and we have to leave, ofc not giving us any reasonable argument, we asked why but she said it’s personal also not giving us a reason when we asked why is personal..all in all, we were asked to pay now and leave in 10 min with a bottle of wine (and would probably drink more) so definitely the worst experience...
