Cafe Extrablatt, Frankfurt — Restaurant in Frankfurt

We ordered the bread less potato burger and the margarita pizza. Food was great, atmosphere was great, but a little smokey from the cigarette smoke, however, the service from our waiter was horrendous! I've travel to restaurants in many countries and this was the first time ever I was blatantly disrespected. The waiter ignored us the entire time and treated us like we were a nuisance. I love traveling and I treat everyone with the upmost respect, regardless of who you are or what you do for a living. Despite the rude treatment from our waiter, we still treated him with respect, even though he did not deserve it. That said, the other servers were great. We sat outside for Sundays Breakfast/Brunch. It was nice yet due to Corona the Seating arrangements have been more of an Obstacle for the Waiters to get through with Hands full of Plates or Drinks. Over all nice Waiters yet at some point they seemed to be very disoriented and unorganized. Had to wait for a Simple Order of Drinks for a longer Time or didn't get an Order served at all. The Breakfast Buffet was actually nice well assorted and due to Corona it some Things were placed on separate dishes. It made it a bit difficult at least on the First Trip to get your Food with your own Thongs and joggle all to the Table but it was easier on your second turn around. It's been the third time I visited this chain and it has never been good. In this particular cafe the waiters always want to seem busy and dont value customers at all! We called for a waiter 3 times, she saw us and went on arranging tables, flowers or walking around! So we had to call for another waiter in the end. During the 2-3 hours that we spent here, every 20 minutes (not kidding) something was broken - plates, glasses, bottled drinks - by waiters - there was literally constant sound of smashed glass!
