Sissi und Franz — Restaurant in Frankfurt

We came as 17 colleagues and Friends. The food was perfect at always. A very nice touch for me was the chef/kitchen manager himself coming to check on us.the speed of drink delivery could have been slightly quicker but that being said everthing was 100% and when we were waiting maybe 3 mins for drinks (we are impatient) i saw the owners/managers come to the outside dining area and check all was OK with the outside. Very very very nice to see the owners caring about their guests. Although England (where I am from) has a "the customer is always right, let's bend ourselves in half to help" attitude, i never seen the owners of a restaurant only ever the management. This was so nice to see. We as a team were loud and demanding and the 3 waitresses were very very good a d handled us well even though we all spoke Only English. Jan 2022 Love the ambience of this place. Food tastes good, waitress friendly and no rush eating. They allow pets as well!

Will come again with my dog. My only suggestion is to add the amount of waiter / waitress, not enough ppl to take orders and serve food.

EDIT:

May 2022 I came back 3+ months later, the place is totally empty inside now (on a Sunday lunchtime). Guess maybe the management changed and their "set lunch" changed conditions. You can no longer get the set which makes this place worthwhile to visit. See the menu with a contradicting statement.

Will opt for other burger joints with this change implemented.

Service is just as good, just that perhaps management decided to maintain profit over customer satisfaction, so...
