Der Bäcker Eifler — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Not so full at my visit around 10:30, stayed near the wall, having a troller with me, while letting other people buy what they wanted, I had a good opportunity to see all of the products. The females serving the clients have a really nice attitude. Seeing that I didn’t know what to order, a male asked me what I wanted. I ordered a vanilla Brezel and a Mohnplunder. They both were nicely packed. Chose to pay with card and after the transaction completed I was said to have a good day. I wouldn’t say this was a bad service, as some others commented here, but it wasn’t as pleasant as it could be. I could feel a bit of distance. But I saw much worse. After buying my train ticket, I was looking for a place to eat my pastries. As I couldn’t find one easily, I got in the store once more and took a place. As other people have written/complained about the service here, i unfortunately have to agree with them. Today there was a male employee who was so rude, calling me (or the lady next to me) "Hey, hey, the lady over there, the lady who is looking so strict, what do you want?" (Literally translated from German). She and O were just having a look what they are offering, why do we need to be treated like that?? If you can't handle the stress of your work, it's not our fault or problem! In the end i just walked out without buying anything from them! I will not go there even...

I’ve had two awful experiences in this Bäkaray in just two days. Yesterday, the staff member literally put his finger in my coffee and still tried to hand it to me like it was normal. He didn’t even apologize or act like it was a mistake. Today, I paid with Kleingeld and the woman behind the counter sighed loudly and rudely told me I could leave.
