In April the 8th around 5:00 local time I went there to order a meal ! I talked to one of the staff members her name Maria / I hope o got this correct! And I asked her if I can have my chips hot ( she was very Humble very respectful very charming and she said yes with a Smile on her face ) While she was preparing the food a young man on his 20.s stormed the shop and went behind the counter wearing normal clothes ! Maybe white / gray tshirt . He was so rude and authoritarian by the way he moves ! He trapped some of the coldish potato and put some sauces on it and hand it to me ! I was shocked and I said sorry this is not mine ! You colleague is making a fresh once ! He grabbed it in a very rude manner and throw in the Ben and give me a bad look as if I committed a crime . What’s wrong with him ? Why he was so bad ! He was very rude I asked him what is your name he said no I am not telling you ! Why would you hide your name if you didn’t do anything wrong . Horrible experience! I will not tolerate this behaviour at all . If you are a manger and you run and mange this business I am happy to give you more details to have a look into this matter . A tasty place to eat for any potatoe fry lovers. We had the "BBQ Pulled Pork Poutine", "Currywurst Special", "Avocado Tomato Salad" and the "Coleslaw Salad". You can decide between normal fries, garlic fries and sweet potatoe fries. I recommend the garlic ones if you are also a fan of garlic. The fries were delicious not too hard nor too soggy and the salad was refreshing to eat in between.

The portion size is good. I was very full after eating the fries and one salad. The salad though seems a little bit small, but is still quite packed. The Currywurst Special had a bit too much sauce, so the last fries were very salty.

The ambiente is very lovely and the interior is very clean. I recommend that you eat your fries there, since else they will probably become soggy.

On holiday in Frankfurt, ordered the Chicken Schawarma Poutine. The chips they order here are a lot better than the chips you can order in the UK. Very delicious food, great service too as the food arrived very fast and at a good quality and the staff read out the order name in a clear manner. The staff members were very friendly as well. The food was very filling as well. My only complaint is the order touch screen is a bit sensitive as I accidentally tapped on the wrong item when trying to scroll through, and I would like an option to remove stuff (eg Tomatoes) if the orderer so does please but those are very small complaints.
