Frankreich mitten in Frankfurt und zwar mit richtig Geschmack! Schon beim Reinkommen fühlte ich mich wie in einem kleinen Bistro in Straßburg: Holz, Charme, französisch parlierende Bedienung – très sympa!

Gestartet bin ich mit einer Spargelcremesuppe. Etwas salzig, aber hey, vielleicht war das die elsässische Meeresbrise. Danach das Highlight: Hühnchen in Rieslingsauce mit Bärlauchspätzle. Zart, aromatisch, und so hübsch angerichtet.

Zum Abschluss: Rhabarber-Crumble. Warm, knusprig, fruchtig – Dessert-Glück pur.

Einziger Minuspunkt: Parkplatzsuche ist ein kleiner Spaziergang (Opernturm, ca. 500m). Aber nach dem Crumble vielleicht gar nicht so schlecht.
