Extremely disappointed.
At first we ordered three diferent steaks. The food comes, and is served a diferent one claiming that’s not what we ordered. Not wanting to ruin our night, we carried on and everything was fine. Later on we ask for our check, a completely wrong one comes to us (one adding 4 diferent steaks and a variety of deserts we did not order) luckly I checked before paying due to the previous steak error. New check comes in, different steaks were charged, I question why, and they insist those were the ones that came to us, even though theres a significant difference between the plates ordered and the ones charged. Despite arguing a bit but still not wanting to ruin my night, I carried on, payed and decided to talk to the manager and leave a complaint, only to find out that the man serving me (rudely) a lot of times, was in fact the manager of the restaurant.
This main incident and a couple smaller ones made me not only regret, but decide not to ever come back! Good quality food, but not worth the stress...
Read moreGot the wrong streak (pepper crust instead of blue cheese). When pointing this out, they just brought me a cheese sauce which didn't pair with the pepper crust at all. Additionally, the meat was way way under. When pointing this out, they took away my steak and said that the kitchen is closed now and I won't be getting a new one. The steak was still listed with full price on the bill and I had to argue with the staff for like 20 minutes only to then pay full price. Left very angered and won't be visiting any of their places in the future.
This was terribly handled.
Edit: This was a bit ago, May this year, at the branch in the JUNGHOFSTRASSE. So I did indeed select the wrong branch for the review. It was late in the night and I wasn't too angry about the steak not being good (or the kitchen being closed). Charging me full price is what is angering me. Mind you, our bill totaled...

The reason for 1 star is the waiter’s attitude when I explained to him that I ordered one thing of the menu, and got charged for a different one. When asked why, the waiter tried to explain to me for 5 minutes that I ordered something different, convincing me that I showed him with a finger something different on the menu, when I know exactly what I said and pointed on the menu. I felt really embarrassed and I felt like I was being accused of lying.
