Very analogue for a NFT themed bar. This place would be a gold mine, if handled well. Needs to improve in several ways. Location and stunning view is important but not everything. Let me tell you why.

The roof top bar opens at 6 pm and is part of the recently opened nhow hotel located on the top of Tower One. The access to the bar is closed during the day.

When you show up in the lobby you’ll receive a card which looks like a hotel keycard. Nobody is telling you whats the keycards purpose. There is another person upstairs collecting the keycard. Later we found out it’s a simple way to measure the amount of people being upstairs.

Now the maze run begins. There is no host welcoming the guests. You have to look for a table or free seat on your own.

On the left side of the bar is the eating area with tables. The lighting there is way too bright and feels like if you’d be in a canteen and not in a bar.

On the right side is the bar seating on two levels. Be careful when climbing up the stairs to the elevated seating area. Contrary to the eating area it’s very dark. The whole menu is in English and the waitress speaks English only. There is one waiter for about 50 people on the bar area. Way too less. The music is way too loud. You can’t understand anything your waiters are trying to tell you. Loudspeakers having no bass at all. High frequencies hurt your ears. Music itself is fine.

The seating area to the right was pretty crowded. No waiter in sight. It’s so dark that your can’t identify the waiters between the other guests. After asking at the bar which person is taking our order a waiter person is showing up. the order is taken on a paper block…very innovative and not NFT like.

The signature drinks correspond with NFT art you can buy. The is a QR code in the menu showing some information about the art. It’s so dark that you can’t scan the code. NFT art is sold out already. So the whole hype about NFT themed bar is useless when people can’t participate

Delivery of delicious drinks took them 14 minutes. No coaster below glasses on the small table. Bar food was delivered in about 20 mins. Yes it’s bar food only. More would not fit on the small tables next to the seats.

Cushions of the seats are too thin you can feel the wood below it.

We are checking the scene and are amazed about the waitress who is taking care of all the guests by herself. One table receives a special treatment from another waiter. These guests seems to be known by the management talking to them and taking care while other tables have to deal with one waitress. They got more attention than any other table. Why the management did not walk around after chatting to the “special guests” to other tables and welcome other guests? Just a simple hi, nice to have you here, welcome at our bar. …nothing

Each small table has its own box of spicy Japanese rice crackers and a small desk lamp to illuminate the table.

Guests usually leave after about 40 mins and the next round of guests show up. Due to lack of staff tables are not being cleaned fast enough until new guests arrive. There is no park position for used plates, glasses or cutlery like you know it from restaurants.

There is free Wi-Fi but no description how to sign in. It’s so loud that we can’t understand the user name nor password. A waiter starts typing UNASKED on my phone to get the login to work. Of course he opened some other apps at first. That’s a no go.

The Cheque is being done at the bar only from the same waiter who was taking your order. Now you know why it takes so long to find a waiter to order something. They only have one card terminal. Not very NFT like.

Oh and surprisingly they have a wardrobe. Nobody told us that there was a wardrobe. Restrooms smell like urinate. Floors are wet. The bar opened just 3 weeks ago and opened 1 hour prior us leaving. How can it smell that much?

Location, stunning view, drinks and bar food are excellent. You could do so much more out of this place. KUDOS the the very friendly waitress who was rocking the whole bar...

The NFT Skybar in Frankfurt is a must-visit spot that combines jaw-dropping views, stylish design, and top-notch service. Located on the 47th floor of the ONE Tower, it’s the highest rooftop bar in Germany, giving you incredible 360-degree views of Frankfurt's skyline. At night it is especially a great view. The only slighltly negative point is the extremley fast elevator, could be annoying for the pressure sensitive among us.

Atmosphere and Design: From the moment you step in, the vibe is modern and futuristic, with neon lights and digital art adding a unique touch. The outdoor terrace is perfect for soaking up the sights, like the Messeturm and Hauptbahnhof, while relaxing in colorful, comfy seating.

Food and Drinks: The menu is an exciting mix of international flavors with a Californian twist. Highlights include the Ceviche in coconut cream and the US short rib with a pecan-quinoa crust – both packed with flavor. The cocktail menu is just as impressive, featuring creative drinks like the "Banksy" and "Frankfurt Fizz," each a little piece of art in a glass.

Service: The staff here are super friendly and professional, making sure every guest feels special and taken care of. Their attention to detail really stands out and adds to the overall experience.

Overall: Whether you’re a local or just visiting Frankfurt, the NFT Skybar is an absolute gem. With its breathtaking views, delicious food and drinks, and vibrant atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot for a memorable night out. Highly recommended!

Personal taste:

For my taste the prominent $ formed lighting is a bit too much and kinda ruins the atmosphere, but it is a personal preference and didn't impact my...

Solid spot, I really enjoy rooftop bars so this spot was the best one I found while in Frankfurt. Biggest issue, the wait and queue time. Regardless of what time you come, you will probably catch yourself waiting at least an hour or longer. A bit confusing at first to find but the hostess downstairs was incredibly lovely and professional and got me where I needed to go. Finally, arriving upstairs to the 47th, I was greeted by a really cool, fun , and unique ambience. I got seated not close to the edge but I ended up moving around after. I got an awesome recommendation from Julia because she told me they can’t make mojitos, she was very nice, but my drink never came. This other gentleman which was bigger taller gentleman was incredibly attentive after finding out I didn’t have my drink. I’d say overall the service was very slow, they seem like they had too much to where they couldnt handle it. Long story short, expansive drink, nice venue, really SLOW service. At one point, the guy next to me had to ask 3 times for a beer. And it looked like majority of people come for one drink and photos and leave which isn’t really that good of a model for a business. I’m sure they want customers spending more money, not just coming and buying something cheap and hogging space. Only 3 beers available on the menu which was incredibly shocking to me. I had one citrus cocktail...

A lovely place to visit, we stopped by at the end of our evening while heading back to the hotel. They have a barcode system for entry, it was a long wait of over 90 mins for us at 11:30 pm. Once our SMS arrived, we were given the code to gain entry to the lift. On arrival the neon lights were welcoming as were the staff, we were left to a table and given a menu, waited a short time for a drink before we went off to explore. The DJ both was high so gave a good view for all to see no matter where you were sitting/standing, the music was good. The biggest selling point is of course the view, through the glass doors/windows you can see for miles. Once you walk through the doors, your in an open topped area that just enhances the views and sounds. We enjoyed the neon lights from around the city and was able to spot landmarks that we had seen earlier in the day. I imagine a view in the day would be spectacular. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the food. The drinks, to be honest I found expensive (but I'm guessing your paying for the views) and not that good, I ordered a porn star martini and a rum and coke €42, the porn star wasn't great. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, had a giggle with us and even a dance! We did enjoy it here, and it feels like the place to be on an evening.
