I happened to stumble across this place while I was visiting the area and I needed breakfast and a cup of coffee. The place itself was very cute, lots of seating, considering the space and what I liked about the experience was that you could grab a quick meal or snack because they were already prepared ( some of them ) I had a lovely Chia pudding that was very a generous portion. There are lots of options and super convenient for takeaway, love that! I also ordered a flat white, which was just OK. Note that all the coffees are with plant-based milk. The one thing that took a lot away from the experience for me, was the service, there were a lot of people working behind the counter however nobody told me where to order (I thought you sit and order since there were menus on the tables) and how the service worked, when I asked, they were a bit unfriendly and told me to go to the counter to pay first. I stumbled upon this gem of a cafe during my visit to Frankfurt, and I'm so glad I did! Not only do they serve some of the best-tasting sugar-free cakes I've ever tried, but the fact that they're easily digestible due to using only date sweetness is a game-changer. The breakfast options, especially the peanut-chocolate porridge, are top-notch.

I was blown away by the staff's generosity when they offered to top up my peanut chocolate porridge with fresh berries at no extra cost!

Das Essen hier ist einfach eine absolute 10 von 10! Ich könnte mich jedes Mal reinlegen, so lecker ist es. Leider ist das Essen vor Ort nicht mein Ding. Die Sitzsituation ist extrem eng; die Tische stehen so nah beieinander, dass man quasi auf dem Schoß der anderen sitzt. Das macht es richtig ungemütlich für mich, weshalb ich immer zum Mitnehmen bestelle.

Ein weiterer Punkt, der mich stört: In den ersten paar Besuchen musste ich für die Tüte nichts bezahlen, bis ich eines Tages von einer anderen Dame bedient wurde, die mir dann mitteilte, dass die Tüte eigentlich Geld kostet. Ich musste dafür extra mit Karte zahlen 😅, da ich nicht rechtzeitig darauf hingewiesen wurde. Das finde ich ein absolutes No-Go in einem Essenslokal.

Das Essen ist fantastisch, aber die Sitzsituation und die Tütengebühr sind verbesserungswürdig!

UPDATE: 08.03.25 Das Essen hier bleibt wirklich eine absolute 10 von 10! Allerdings muss ich ein weiteres Update zu meiner vorherigen Rezension hinzufügen. Heute war ich wieder dort, und diesmal musste ich für die Tüte gar nichts zahlen. Es ist wirklich seltsam, dass es anscheinend von der Bedienung abhängt, ob ich dafür bezahlen muss oder nicht.

Als Kundin finde ich das ziemlich nervig und ehrlich gesagt auch lächerlich, dass ich für eine Tüte Geld zahlen muss oder manchmal auch nicht. Vor allem die Kunden dann mit Karte zahlen lässt, weil man nicht früh genug darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurde!...
