Sushi am Main (Reuterweg) — Restaurant in Frankfurt

I was there for like 10 min, the guy told me to sit, but no one brings any menu to me for 5 min, I have to go and take it myself. Then another customer come the girl bring them to the table and give them menu.. then I wait another 5 min no one come take an order. But then a girl go take on order the 2 table that come later. I also used to work in the restaurant and also understand when it lunch time and lots of people but this shouldn’t happened when everyone that can go in your restaurant also can pay for your food/service. For the 6 or 7 times we have ordered, they have messed up our order EVERY time. We usually go to pick it up ourselves (it is right by where we live) and EVERY time we end up waiting at least half an hour more, until they get it right. Staff doesn’t speak English, nor very good German. They forget the soy sauce and/or wasabi almost every time… in general, for the price they charge, this is ridiculous.

Since the day I have started knowing about this place,it has never let my faith down I can blindly go and wait whenever I crave for sushi at my fav sushi place, starting from the service to the taste and the portion about the food nothing to complain rather I have no words to praise each and every staff according to taste how they never say no and the true essence of customer service reflects in every bit.
