Xin Chao — Restaurant in Frankfurt

I really like their food, but unfortunately the service isn’t good. You don’t really get recognized as a customer when you sit down, it takes forever until they take your order. I’ve been here 3 times now and every time I had the same experience. The restaurant was busy and it’s just one person working in service. It would just make sense to have an additional person working in service. I would love to come here more often, but they long waiting time and “bad service”, always make me think twice.

Very original southern Vietnamese food. A must visit in Frankfurt!!!

Start yourself with a crunchy spring roll. And then order M1 the Pho Souppe (MUST), add a dash of Hoisin Sauce and bon appetit! I only take picture of the soup after I finish it. The soup is marinated for one day! One whole day! No wonder it taste so good!!! For drinks, order the homemade lemongrass-lime tea. And the service is so good. You will feel so taken care of.

Really enjoyed coming here to be my first Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Very local with a family cooking slow cooked meals. I had dessert and drinks and they were so sweet and so welcoming and I can’t wait to go back again. Definitely good for like a group of four and pears and a lot of people are drinking there eating alone eating group so thank you so much for the great service and definitely get the Thai mango...
