The food took a long time to arrive, and when it did my sister found that the bottom of her sandwich was burned very badly and tasted horrible. They quickly got her another one, but seemed to forget about the rest of our order. So, we reminded them. Then, when mine arrived, I found that despite the fact that I had ordered a vegetarian mozzarella avocado sandwich it was completely the wrong order, a chicken sandwich. When asked about it a lady came over and said that they had ran out of the type of sandwich that I had ordered. So instead of, you know, telling us, they just brought it over, thinking I wouldn't notice. Anyway, we got a refund. Really disappointed. Don't know whether it was just because it was so busy or if this is a one off thing but I sure hope it doesn't happen to...

Visited here for lunch whilst on holiday in the area. It was very busy, however we found a table. After ordering we sat and waited roughly 25 minutes. When the buzzer when off we went up to collect out order only to find one of our orders was wrong. Then had to wait around 15 minutes for the correct meal to which by that point my partner had finished eating. Self cleaning caffe - clear your own table. Will probably not go back here when we visit...

Wir haben dort zuvor ein- oder zweimal gegessen und hatten keine Probleme – doch diesmal war es anders: Bereits 20 Minuten nach dem Essen traten bei uns beiden spürbare Magenbeschwerden auf (Grummeln, Druckgefühl, Unwohlsein). Da wir unterschiedliche Gerichte bestellt hatten, aber zeitgleich Symptome entwickelten, liegt der Verdacht auf einer verdorbenen Zutat oder hygienischen Verunreinigung nahe.

Bemerkenswert: – Der Service war unauffällig, weder positiv noch negativ – Die Speisen wirkten äußerlich in Ordnung – Die körperliche Reaktion kam jedoch schnell und war bei beiden identisch

Fazit: Nach dieser Erfahrung werden wir nicht wiederkommen. Auch wenn es sich um einen Einzelfall handeln mag: Das Vertrauen ist beeinträchtigt. Wir hoffen, dass das Restaurant entsprechende Kontrollen vornimmt – im Sinne der Gesundheit...
