We randomly discovered this café after noticing their gluten-free and lactose-free product advertisement on the door. Unfortunately, our experience was a bit of a letdown. The staff seemed to lack knowledge about gluten-free dietary restrictions. On top of that, they stack all baked goods together - this being a serious cross-contamination concerns, especially for anyone with celiac disease. It was close to our hotel and we wanted breakfast. Loved the on the spot waffles. All types of sandwiches bretzls, coffees, juices were splendid. Went twice.

The first time, Sunday June 23, the service was correct but not friendly.

Second experience today June 25 2019 for breakfast, with the other employees...... wonderful. Says a lot about the quality of their product since we did go back. If it were up to the service received the first time around by itself, we wouldn’t have returned. But we did.
