Full disclaimer: I arrived almost an hour after my wife, kid and some friends had been there. They had ordered a swordfish with peppercorn sauce for me a good quarter of an hour before my arrival, and the restaurant had kept it warm for me. When I arrived and the dish was brought to me, my wife noticed it wasn't the original swordfish they had made. What happened is they did a whole new one, didn't even mention it to us. It tasted fresh and awesome. That's selfless quality service, walking the extra mile (heck, hundred miles!). As a previous bar and restaurant manager in London myself, it's refreshing to see this level of great service in what's probably the worst country in the E.U. for costumer service. Olá Lisboa, I'll definitely be recommending you guys to all my students (I'm a language teacher, including Portuguese). You deserve it, thank you 🙂🙏

So... pretty much what you expect! The 2 stars is one for the wine and the sangria I tasted and the second for the two nice ladies that served us! It is a basic touristic place with medium quality ! We ordered the tapas plate for 2 and also a fish plate and some shrimps which was tiny for the 13€ price! Was tasted ok but really “heavy “ I believe because of the oil they use to fry them! I would gave 3 stars but it listed it because the place is EXTREMELY noisy not only from the people but from the service and the bar who knocked everything from plates and silverware to the cupboards in bar and also the one weiter who literally couldn’t walk! I never heard in my life a person drag his legs sooo loud! If you are a tourist in Hamburg just try another of the many restaurants there !

A wonderful little restaurant and tapas bar directly on a main crossing in the so called "portuguese quarter" in Hamburg. I've been here several times, at noon, in the evening, with friends and family. The choice and quality is great, the friendliness of the staff is amazing and honest. No matter if tapas or main dishes in the evening, or a lunch from the special menu around noon, everything was always suoer fast, freshly prepared and free of convenience products. The portion size is very good and especially the price for the lunch menu is far below what you could expect for a restaurant in such a location, not to mention this quality. I'll happily come again (and again) and totally recommend this place for every casual to even slightly formal occasion.

The restaurant was extremely crowded and loud on a Saturday evening, and we had to wait extra 10-15 minutes until we were let in even with a reservation, but it was definitely worth it! The food was delicious, everything from the tuna salad up to pastel de nata and Portuguese liqueur at the end. It was probably one of the best restaurants I’ve visited in Hamburg in the last 5 years. We were also amazed by the efficiency of the staff – we got our drinks like two seconds after the order, and the dishes kept coming really quickly, ever thought the restaurant was so full. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to go to Ola Lisboa again ♡

I went here for dinner and the waiting time to be seated was quite long. I also had to wait more than 30 mins for my food to be delivered to my table. After all the wait, I was quite disappointed with my food, I ordered the Meeresfrüchte Pfanne and it was extremely salty, I could barely eat it. On top of that the seafood on it was not that much, in my opinion a very poorly served dish. I didn’t complain about my food being salty because I didn’t want to wait other 30 mins for a new order and I had to go to another appointment right after diner. At the end my overall experience here was not good at all and I wouldn’t come back again.
