Restaurant - Weinstube Zur Traube — Restaurant in Hamburg

Wir verfolgen schon seit einiger Zeit den Insta-Account der Traube und bei den Fotos der vergangenen Woche (Blinis mit Kaviar...) war es um uns geschehen. Spontan verbrachten wir einen Samstagabend dort und genossen perfekte Kochkunst mit einer hervorragenden Weinbegleitung. Die besagten Blinis zum Start einfach köstlich, der Cremant dazu perfekt. Weiter ging es mit meinem persönlichen Highlight: Eine Entenpaté, an die ich noch lange zurück denken werde, dazu ein Glas Sauterne (ok, ehrlicherweise 2 Glas, er war einfach zu lecker). Dann eine phantastische geschmorte Lammschulter und auch hier hatte der Service die richtige Rotweinempfehlung, und zwar abgestimmt auf Gericht UND Gast, denn meine Frau mochte es nicht ganz so trocken und wurde auch glücklich, da es auch eine wirklich sehr große Auswahl an guten offenen Weinen in der Traube gibt.
