The service was the worst. They didn’t speak English, the woman didn’t want me to pay with my company card, I said I’m intolerant to cucumber and she said it was fine, that the man can fix it. The menu with drink was way more expensive and the coke from the machine was half way through. Then the other guy making the kebab was rude and when I asked if he could put tomato but not cucumber because I’m intolerant he said that no, that he’s not gonna cut some more tomato just for me. So also erstens, wenn sich so ein Laden Döner-Bude nennt, weiß ich auch nicht mehr weiter. Noch nie sowas peinliches erlebt. Beim Bestellen hat uns der Mann nicht richtig zugehört geschweige denn angeguckt, sie waren alle extrem unfreundlich und haben nach Lust und Laune gehandelt. Das Wort Kundenzufriedenheit haben die glaube ich noch nie gehört. Wollte ein Menü mit einer Döner Tasche und einem Getränk kaufen. Die haben mich nicht mal gefragt, was für ein Getränk ich haben will, sondern haben mir einfach Cola gegeben. Was mich aber am meisten aufgeregt hat, dass der Typ der meine Bestellung aufgenommen hat, noch türkische Kommentare abgegeben hat, was für nicht türkisch-stammige Kunden extrem respektlos sein kann und ist. Ich als Türkin hab ihn verstanden und es war einfach nur frech und respektlos. Kommen wir jetzt zu dem Döner: Der Salat war labbrig und sah auch nicht mehr nach einem wirklichen Salat aus. Das Dönerfleisch war auch ungenießbar. Würde diesen Ort nie wieder, wirklich nie wieder besuchen.
