Wheelchair accessible, not suitable for large groups, allergies and intolerances difficult to handle, vegan choices available, card payment preferred, order through machines preferred, personal order and cash payment with staff possible, one-way plates and cutlery

I was there on a Thursday afternoon and alone, so the waiting time was fair. They've got creative waiting codes - mine was Han Solo...

I was surprised to see Poutine, the "dish" from Québec, on the list and I liked it a lot. I had to find my way through the ordering process of the machines before I got to what I wanted to order and I like the opportunity to add something else (at a quite high cost, in my opinion, but still).

I didn't experience much service as I ordered via machine and paid there directly. Although there is seating available inside on the upper floor, the atmosphere is not that nice because it's located at a frequented street and the food comes on one-way plates and cutlery - also when ordered to eat there. Probably the cheapest way but.... At least they try to use "environmentally friendly" waste...

A bit disappointing in the surroundings but the food was good. If you have time, please, sit down in a proper restaurant with reusable plates...

my partner and i ordered the montreal poutine and the chicken shawarma and the montreal one was very disappointing to me while the chicken shawarma was decent. the prices were quite high for what kind of dish it was and the taste of it but i guess hamburg is just on the more expensive side of things. i definitely wouldn't buy it again for that price but just make it at home myself because the taste is honestly very simple and it would be quite easy to recreate for me. the music is incredibly loud and i basically had to yell at my partner at a small 2 person table just so that we could understand each other. a while after we left i did get a very upset stomach but that might be because i'm a little bit lactose intolerant and the cheese might be high lactose. i have never had any issue with cheese before though so i'm sceptical.

it was very nicely decorated, clean and they use disposable utensils which are NOT made of plastic which did make me happy. personell was very nice and able to speak...

The falafel balls are ultra small, the staff is slow and confused. We asked for the vegan poke bowl, they gave us vegan fries. We complained and waited 10 more minutes. Then the poke bowls came with a side mayo (not vegan) instead of the poke dresssing. We complained and they tried to convince us it was the poke dressing, until we insisted that it was not mayo in the picture and they were like oh fine, and gave us the right dressing. Really bad customer service, the music is too loud and cheesy (put the worst commercial music all together and it’s their playlist). The lights are too intense. Overall...

It's almost our third year in Hamburg and it was a place that we wanted to eat every time we passed by and gave up when we saw the line in front of the door 🥲 Finally we couldn't resist and got in line. We needed to know the reason for these lines! we bought one classic and one tijuana street fries. tijuana was of course a whole different experience as it was garlic fries! The sauce and guacamole on it are amazing! but when I tried the classic afterwards, I realized once again that I should definitely not give up on the classic! If you are coming for the first time, definitely start with the classic…

The lady at the cashier gave me this 5€ bill as a change - torn on both sides. Probably nothing wrong but I politely asked her to give me a different 5€ bill, one that’s not torn, since I could have problems using this bill to other shops. There are shops that are sensitive and wouldn‘t accept such bills, that‘s why. Unfortunately, she wouldn‘t let me and told me she couldn‘t do that at all. Although the bill was from her initially. I don‘t get the reason why. That was all that she said- that she couldn’t do that for me. I found it pretty annoying and also unfair.
