Ich erzähl mal, wie meine Frau diesen Laden erlebt hat, mit ihren eigenen Worten:

vor zwei Tagen habe ich über die Website zwei Hosen zur Abholung in der Filiale Rathausmarkt 10, Hamburg reserviert. In der Bestätigungs-E-Mail wurde mir zugesichert, dass ich bei Abholung zusätzlich ein kostenloses Heißgetränk erhalten könne.

Heute Vormittag habe ich die reservierten Artikel in der genannten Filiale abgeholt und dabei den entsprechenden Code vorgezeigt. Mir wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass ich das Getränk nicht erhalten könne, da ich keine Tchibo Kundenkarte besitze.

Ich kaufe jedoch regelmäßig über Ihre Website ein und nutze dabei auch meine gesammelten Punkte – das macht mich eindeutig zu einer Tchibo-Kundin. Über meine Kundennummer können Sie meine Mitgliedschaft leicht überprüfen.

Umso befremdlicher ist für mich diese Erfahrung, da mein Ehemann erst letzte Woche eine Bestellung über mein Konto in Ihrer Filiale Mercado Altona abgeholt hat und dort problemlos das kostenlose Getränk erhalten hat – allein durch das Vorzeigen des Codes aus der E-Mail.

Ich verstehe daher nicht, warum in einer Filiale die Vorlage des Codes ausreicht, in einer anderen jedoch zusätzlich die Kundenkarte verlangt wird. Ich bitte darum, diesen Vorfall zu prüfen und die Filiale Rathausmarkt 10 diesbezüglich zu sensibilisieren.
