Burger King Hannover — Restaurant in Hanover

After passing the 2 security guards at the door entrance, we ordered 4 Whopper Menus from the machine. When we received the order and came to our table to eat, we noticed that one of the hamburgers was missing, but when we received the menus, their manager took the receipt from us and directed the employees to throw it in the trash. He did not believe us and did not want to find it even though we showed him where he threw the receipt in the trash. The manager turned me and my family into liars and even though I was a disabled tourist, he called the security guards at the entrance, shouted at us in front of everyone and wanted to throw us out. I said in English, "I'll call the police if you don't behave properly", but he said, "If you call, call." Then, since we did not know German, we found a couple who spoke English and asked them for help with the translation, but the security also threatened them and prevented them from helping us. Then a Turk who spoke our language came and we explained the situation to him. He also tried to help, but the security prevented him too. Then more customers gathered around us and when we wanted to help, the manager humiliated us and said "okay, okay, take it" and threw the missing hamburger in front of us. We went to our table and started to finish the meal, and at that moment one of the security guards came and spoke in Turkish and told us to eat as soon as possible and go. I had a very disappointing experience. First, I had to wait over 20 minutes just to pay for my food, even though several staff members clearly saw me and chose to ignore me. The person at the register stood there most of the time without helping, which made the situation even more frustrating.

When I was finally able to pay, the cashier was incredibly rude and unprofessional. This level of service is unacceptable and made the entire visit unpleasant.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the service issues...

First of all I needed to wait 15 minutes to pay for the food, because every Person ignored me even tho they clearly seen me and the person on the register most of the time just stood there. Second of all as I was able to pay the Cashier was incredibly rude. As to the food, my food was completly cold and the burger was falling apart and the patty wasn't even on the bun.
