Firstly, ignore all the low and bad reviews og people thinking they came to a 5-star hotel/resturant. You got to align you expectations with where you are. If you cant do that then find another place!! Now! .. this place is PERFECT, if you are on the move and are maybe having a stopover to another train and want to grab a bite and drink. What a farce of an establishment. When asked in my best German if they sell caffeine-free coffee, the lady behind the counter had a go at me and even when a German man next to me explained to her what it meant, she still thought it meant black coffee. Ich bin immer noch geschockt. In der Werbung über den Tresen steht ein Sparmenü bestehend aus einem Stück Pizza und einem Kaltgetränk. Ich bestelle wörtlich ein Stück Pizza und ein Kaltgetränk und der Mitarbeiter berechnet Einzelpreise. Auf meine verdutzte Reaktion, dass ich das Menü meinte, schickte er mich brüllend(!) weg. Ich hätte nicht Menü gesagt.

Dies hatte er auch mit einem Kunden vor mir gemacht, der auch erstaunt war, sich aber nicht weiter beschwert hatte.

Mal abgesehen davon, dass es eine höchst fragwürdige Praxis ist, Kompenenten eines Menüs als Einzelpreise zu berechnen und nicht z.B. auf das günstigere Menü proaktiv hinzuweisen, ist es mir noch nie passiert, mehrfach und maximal aggressiv von einem Händler angebrüllt zu werden. Er musste von seinen Kollegen und Kolleginnen regelrecht zurück gehalten werden.
