noosou Hannover Niki-de-Saint-Phalle-Promenade — Restaurant in Hanover

Edit (before I gave 2 stars): Really tasty Sushi, after 2 bad experiences with this Sushi Bar, I gave it one more final try, talking slowand clearly (as much as possible). Got what I ordered and I was really surprised, finally I could eat what I ordered, and it’s really good sushi. I try it the next times I am in Hanover as well, and hope that it will be continue being good.

Well, if they would understand my German, it would be a great place. I am understanding that they may be not fluent in German, but giving me Number 26 instead of my clearly stated 420 is a Hoax. Got no new food, but I am not that picky so I was fine with it. Next visit, I couldn’t understand a word what was being said to me, well, somehow we got to communicate, even tho I am still not sure what went wrong this time, I didn’t got what I ordered again. Maybe you guys should write them a letter with your order, for me, I will visit some other places for Sushi my next times in Hanover, I don’t live here, but am going there weekly by train, so it’s disappointing for it to be not the ideal sushi place, time to explore some others. Updated review: I went back for a second time because I enjoyed for first visit. I think the menu is hit or miss.

Had the Pho and it was very underwhelming. The chicken wasn’t cooked very much so I picked it all out. The broth didn’t have much flavour, so I drenched it with the chilli.

Vietnamese street food yaaaaaaaaas what the people want!!!!!!

Great restaurant to pop into while waiting for your train. I got the chicken/shrimp rice paper rolls which were delicious, could have gone for 2 more. Got for take away but decided to sit in, comfortable seating, nice vibe.

Menu looks great. A bit of everything. Pho, sushi, rolls, nosou and Fuji bowls, ice tea, grilled...

Um es gleich vorab zu sagen, ich bewerte hier lediglich das Noosou „Noodles & Soups“, das gemeinsam mit dem Noosou „Vietnam Street Food“ in der „Niki-de-Saint-Phalle-Promenade“ unter dem HBF sozusagen eine gemeinsame gastronomische Einheit bildet. Noosou ist ein „Franchiser“, zu dem auch die „Kenibo Ramen Bar“ in der Altstadt gehört. Die Nudelsuppen unter dem HBF sind „göttlich“. Ich liebe sie und es gibt nirgendwo in Hannover Bessere (jedenfalls bisher)! Bemerkenswert ist, dass mit Ausnahme der „Wan-Tan Nudelsuppe“ ausschließlich japanische Kreationen angeboten werden. Die „Pho“ ist immerhin ein vietnamesischer Klassiker (von Nord nach Süd), der in tausend Variationen in Vietnam täglich auf den Familientisch kommt, hier leider Fehlanzeige. Ich entschied mich also mal wieder für die „Udon Nudelsuppe“ und war begeistert. Besser habe ich sie auch nicht in der „Ramen Bar“ am Thielenplatz bekommen, wo es ausschließlich Varianten der „Ramen“ gibt und das zu einem höheren Preis. Meine Udon war sehr gut gefüllt, mit frischen Zutaten und einer angenehmen Würze. Mehr geht immer, daher darf sich der Gast zusätzlich eingelegte Knoblauch od. Chilischeiben aus dem Glas in die Suppe schaufeln, aber Vorsicht - very hot. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis im „Noodles & Soups“ ist angemessen, die Bedienung asiatisch freundlich und die Tische werden sofort gereinigt.
