I had a truly wonderful experience at this restaurant! I tried the first three pasta dishes on the menu, and each one had something special to offer.

My absolute favorite was the Pasta Verde – the green ribbon noodles were perfectly cooked, and the parmesan cream sauce was rich and garlicky. The addition of dried tomatoes added a deep, slightly tangy sweetness that made the dish unforgettable. A perfect choice for anyone looking for a delicious vegetarian option.

The Spaghetti Carbonara was also very well received by my friends – they said it was rich, flavorful, and comforting, though I didn’t try it myself.

The Pasta Salmone is a must-try for seafood lovers. With its creamy lemon sauce, tender salmon, and fresh cherry tomatoes, it delivers a refreshing and savory experience.

The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Special thanks to Evelin and Marieke, who went above and beyond to make our visit special. We were even offered a complimentary dessert on the house – such a thoughtful and generous gesture!

I must say this a strange place, we thought this is a Spanish tapas place but it’s not , either Italian or German but everything rolled into one!

Great place to eat specially the pasta, one of the best that I ever had! Almost as close to Italy or even better in some aspects. Everything were super fresh and staff are very attentive…also had great smiles 😁

Cocktails are also good and over all it was very reasonable price.

Das Soli de Gloria ist ein wunderschönes italienisches Restaurant, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben uns schon im Vorfeld von den Fotos und Videos über dieses Restaurant inspirieren lassen und sind 420 Kilometer gefahren, um dieses zu besuchen - und diese Kilometer sind wir auch wieder zurückgefahren. Das Ambiente ist einfach nur wunderschön - tolle Holztische in unterschiedlichem Design auf drei Ebenen, chice Bar, wunderschöne Dekoration und sowohl Licht als auch geschmackvolle Loungemusik stimmen auf einen erholsamen Nachmittag oder Abend in diesem Restaurant ein. Auch die Außenbewirtung ist in seinem Mobiliar sehr geschmackvoll gewählt - und zeigt ein südländisches Flair.

Die Getränke werden in stilvollen Gläsern dekorativ serviert. Der Sekt hat eine perfekte prickelnde Kühlung, der Wein wird korrekt tempariert serviert und der Espresso zeigt am Rand der Tasse einen gekonnten Kaffeerückstand. Die Speisen sind nicht nur für das Auge eine wahre Freude, sondern die Gerichte sind in ihrer Auswahl, im Geschmack der Zubereitung und in ihrer Art des Servierens auf unterschiedlichem, passenden Service schon für das Auge ein Genuss. Der Service ist überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und auf Zack. Es gibt heute kaum noch Restaurants, in denen zur Verabschiedung des Gastes die Tür aufgehalten wird. Wir waren erst vor drei Tagen da. Und wir haben dieses wundervolle Restaurant nun schon vielen Freunden empfohlen. Wir kommen wieder. Jeder der 420 Kilometer hat sich für das Soli gelohnt. Ein riesengroßes Lob an den Koch, der einfach wundervoll kochen kann und weiß, wie man Gerichte auch für das Auge perfekt anrichtet. Danke an das gesamte Team aus Koblenz! Machen Sie genau...
