I will give it 5 because I believe elben was better in the beginning and I hope they’ll consider my feedback and work on it.

The vibe in the place has changed, elben was very alternative and cool place, the staff too!! - elben was all the time clean and very well organised but not anymore - elben had its own taste of food, but not anymore Now when you enter the place: - you’ll listen to “Nassif Zeytoun”!! People who know this person they’ll understand why I’m sad to listen to this kind of music! It is killing the old unique vibe, which not anymore there - you’ll see the small order space as a chaos exactly in the middle of the space to enter elben - the drinks were very little and not enough for this place - the WCs dirty and smelly - the staff were unhappy not smiling to anyone…….etc

As a business manager I (think) the owner had changed maybe!! because I can see a different way of managing the...

We found this Restaurant online during our recent trip to Münster -- it had good reviews and because according to google it was dog friendly. We walked 20 mins to get there and because it was busy and the outdoor seating was full, we found a table inside. By the time we decided to order, the crowd had thinned out. But the owner told us that we could not sit inside because the dogs were allowed only outside. All this while there was no misbehaviour by our dog. The owner did not seem friendly or accommodative when we said there was no free space outside. He didn't really care. We had no option but to leave. It was definitely not a good experience. It would be better to mention clearly that dogs are allowed only outside and save other people...

Wir haben dort heute Essen bestellt, extra eine Uhrzeit angegeben wann das Essen da sein soll. Erstmal kam es eine halbe Stunde zu spät, das Essen war komplett kalt und die Soßen komplett ausgelaufen, die Tüte und das Brot total durchgeweicht. Daraufhin habe ich dort angerufen, aus Toleranz wurde gesagt, dass sie die Bestellung nochmal machen und in den nächsten 15 Minuten vorbei . Nach 5 Minuten rief ochmal jemand an und hat nach der Adresse und Namen gefragt. Nach einer halben Stunde war immer noch keiner da, anscheinend wurde nochmal angerufen, allerdings auf einem anderen Handy als von dem, von dem zuvor telefoniert wurde, unverständlich. Also haben wir wieder dort angerufen und der Herr am Telefon sagte, dass er vor der Tür war aber nicht wusste wo er klingeln sollte (warum fragt man an Telefon, wenn man es sich nicht merkt?), also ist er wieder gefahren. Das Essen könnten wir jetzt im Lokal abholen oder auch nicht, er hätte es versucht, mehr könnte er dann jetzt auch nicht machen. Eine absolute Frechheit. Man wartet erst eine halbe Stunde länger als erwartet auf sein Essen, was dann auch noch kalt ist und in der halben Tüte verteilt und dann wird einem am Ende gesagt 'ich habs versucht, mehr kann ich jetzt auch nicht machen'....
