MERO BUDDHA Nepali Kitchen — Restaurant in Münster

I cannot recommend this wonderful Nepali restaurant in Münster enough! I’ve been here many times, and each visit has been a beautiful experience — not just because of the delicious food, but also because of the incredibly warm and kind-hearted family that runs it.

The food is consistently amazing — full of authentic Nepali flavors, cooked with love and care. One of the standout dishes for me has to be the Jhol Momo — absolutely good. Every dish I’ve tried has been flavorful, fresh, and deeply satisfying.

What makes this place even more special is the hospitality. The family behind this restaurant is genuinely sweet and welcoming. They go out of their way to make every guest feel at home, and it truly feels like you’re part of their extended family when you dine here.

If you’re in Münster and craving something delicious and different, or just want to enjoy a meal made with heart, do visit this lovely Nepali restaurant. It’s a true hidden gem — a place where food, culture, and kindness come together beautifully.

Best place for Asian ( Indian, Nepali ) food we have tasted in Münster, Germany. We are from India, Mero Buddha reminded us of hyderabad. The ambience was pleasant and subtle, the music in the restaurent was like in an Indian Restaurant. The service and the people at Mero Budha were very welcoming , pleasant and were amazing to talk to. They made special accomadations when I asked for Buttermilk. We had 2 plates of Butter Naan, Veg Tarkari, Paneer butter masala, Mango lassi and Momos. The naans were made freshly in front of us, the paneer was made in house , the kitchen was kept very clean and hygenic. The owner was the sweetest ( Mr. Surya Tiwari ) , he spoke to us very sweetly and made us feel home. Best service, best ambience , clean washrooms, hygenic "OPEN" Kitchen, best Asian ( Indian, Nepali ) food.

The best part is " its very affordable for the quantity they offer " , very good quantity was served.

If you are looking for tasty (and spicy) Nepalese food in Münster, Nero Buddha am Verspoel is definitely the place to go. Settled on walking distance from Münster Hbf, they offer very tasty food for affordable prices.

Food on picture is Khatto Piro with Pikantes Curry, onions, cspsicum, rice and chicken of the Yogi spicyness level. Really tasty and already quite spicy.

Not much into very spicy food? Stick with their Touri spicyness level or choose one of the many dishes that is not spicy. You will not be disappointed.

Atmosphere is really nice, reserving a spot is recommended. Place did feel a little understaffed when I visited.

TIP: Into wine? They do also serve wine although its not on the menu....
