Colombian Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Munich

This is probably the most amazing place to have coffee in Munich. The atmosphere is incredible, as well as the service. When you walk in, it feels like you are in Colombia. The music, the flair, the people singing along to the music and awesome coffee. They even have their own coffee brand, and are supporting charities in Colombia. The coffee tastes like nothing we have had before. We had coffee, iced coffee, and the food is also soo delicious. Those were the best empanadas I have ever had - crispy and served with guacamole and homemade spicy sauce. They also serve cocktails to go and for dining in. Their crêpes are made of love. The owner is an amazing guy, with a joyful attitude, and everyone is welcome. The whole place is colorfully painted and makes you feel like you are in a different place. Estimados paso por aquí, para dejar mi experiencia de un sitio que seguía por las redes desde hace un buen tiempo y no había podido visitar, si había asistido a eventos promocionados por este lugar por la carisma de su dueño. Ayer invité a mi mamá a este lugar para comer empanadas colombianas. Mi esposo es Colombiano y nos encanta la gastronomía del país hermano, ya que somos Venezolanas. Cuando llegamos al sitio fuimos recibidas por una muchacha, que desde el minuto uno nos atendió y reflejó a nuestro parecer incomodidad, para no decir desagrado.

A pesar de esta sensación tan negativa, decidimos quedarnos y darle el beneficio de la duda. Llegaron otros clientes y pudimos ver la diferencia, y que la atención que recibimos claramente no era la misma. Hacia ellos había entusiasmo y gentileza, al punto de preguntar repetidamente si estaba bien lo que ordenaron, como también si deseaban algo más; y hasta les dejó saber como diferenciar las empanadas. Pequeños detalles, sí, pero definitivamente marcaron la diferencia, cuando a nosotras ni nos preguntó, nos dejó simplemente el plato en la mesa y nos llevó la cuenta sin siquiera haberla solicitado.

Nos retiramos muy tristes, porque aún no entendemos el por qué del trato recibido. Uno va con la mejor intención y termina pasando un mal rato sin razón alguna. No podía dejar de mencionar mi experiencia, ya que no me gustaría que alguien más pase por lo mismo. Dejo 2 estrellas por la excelente comida, lástima que la atención deja...
