I don’t usually write poor reviews but this time I feel compelled. I went here with my girlfriend while visiting Munich from the US. We both got two scoops each and one water bottle. 13.50 euro. Extremely overpriced but no big deal. I go to pay and was told no cards, cash only. I don’t have cash. Again, no big deal I should have asked beforehand. I’m told by the worker there’s an ATM “just down the street and to the left.” So I head that way while my girlfriend stays behind with the worker. Mind you, it’s 9:30 at night. I probably walk a good quarter mile before I find it and another quarter mile back. All while holding a melting ice cream cone. Turns out every single person who was after us didn’t even pay cash. They paid with PayPal. Which inconceivably, was not offered to me before making my trek down and around the corner in a foreign country holding a melting ice cream cone. Unbelievable. Apparently, the worker and the next person had a chuckle about that in German right after I left for the ATM. What a terrible way to treat a paying customer and what a despicable way to run a business. Hopefully any Americans, who prop up these European countries’ economies with our visits, will see this review and choose another establishment to spend their money. And by the way, the ice...

Ordered the salted caramel ice cream. Took a couple little bites. Didn't taste like caramel but it sure tasted like salt. I told the young girl behind the counter that it didn't taste like caramel but was very salty. She gave me this look and than tasted it herself. She told me that it tasted like caramel to her. I told her that two friends of mine that I was with had tasted it as well and both said that didn't taste like caramel but did taste salty. They suggested that I go tell them. The Girl behind counter said well, if it's not to your taste and shrugged her shoulders. She didn't offer me an alternative or a solution. What a waste of 1,50 in my opinion. I left the ice cream on the counter. It tasted awful. My two friends had ordered Bacia. They said it didn't taste like Bacia rather it tasted only like chocolate, with two...

We ordered the specialty "Spaghetti-Eis" (it's basically vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce, at the bottom some cream and it is supposed to look like noodles with tomato sauce). We do not know if it was because it was just a hot day, a lot of was going and they only had 2 people working there but we had to wait pretty long to get served. But the "Spaghetti-Eis" did not even look like a "Spaghetti-Eis" is supposed to look like. Like isn't the look the most important thing and what makes it special ? But at least it was delicious though, a bit melted but it was fine. I am still a bit confused about the whole looking like noodles part but yeah sure give it a try. (Maybe we just we're there on a busy day and they had to do it fast- which...

What a great little place. Super friendly/chatty staff with plenty of outdoor seating. Not a huge selection of flavors, but half of them are vegan and all seem to be very good. The bio Chocolate Nero I had was vegan, and it was super dark, cakey, and didn't taste like vegan. I was very surprised/impressed. The Lemon Tart I also had was really refreshing and tasty. My wife had Hazelnut and a scoop of Vanilla with Pumpkin Seed Oil, and she loved them both. My son had Spezi (lemon cola) and Lemon Tart and was very happy. No misses here at all, especially considering that some flavors were vegan. They also offer sundaes and are very kid friendly in general. You can even eat the bowls... This is my new favorite ice cream place in Munich.

We ordered crumble with strawberry ice cream. We loved the strawberry ice cream it was incredibly delicious, you can taste the fruit directly, it was the most delicious ice cream that we tasted in Munich. I cannot say that I am a fan of this crumble, because it has berry sauce in it and it makes the crumble soggy and soft, also the sauce was too sweet for me. But I am glad to know this place. we will definitely come back again try other kind of ice creams and becher. The last but not least, owners and staffs were really nice and cheerful.
