Georgenhof

I agree with some of the reviews below as this used to be a good restaurant in the past, however the quality has declined lately. I was there last Friday with a group of friends and ordered the fried chicken "Backhendl" for myself. When my food arrived, I noticed that some pieces of fried chicken were still raw inside. I told the waitress and she just said that it might have happened since we ordered late (21:40h) a few minutes before the kitchen was closing and they prepared the dish very fast (without apologizing). She then came back with the same pieces of chicken (some of them already eaten by me) that were deep fried once again. I just ate a bit and returned my plate almost full as I did not have any appetite left. By the time the bill came, she tried to charge us 19,90€ for my Backhendl (fried chicken) stating that I had said that the food was fine after they had fried it again. After threatening us that she would "call the manager" to speak to us, she managed to remove the dish from the bill after talking with the manager herself. Long story short, I got food poisoning the day after the dinner at Georgenhof. This was a really disappointing experience in what used to be a nice Bavarian restaurant. Definitely our last visit!
