Lubu Uni — Restaurant in Munich

Refused to serve as my friend I was with only ordered drinks and not food. While I had ordered both drinks and food. Said it's not allowed, so we left. Did not give us a bigger table even tho we mentioned we were waiting for more people to join us in a bit (and they did arrive in 10 minutes if us being seated)...and this is when there were only 3 other people eating in the restaurant and half the seats and tables were free. If I could give 0 stars, I would've. Quite disappointing honestly and would never come again or ever recommend. We entered with a previous customers having an argument with the lady at the counter there (maybe with the owner, can't say) this already seemed like a red flag to us. It is SUPER cramped space with clearly more tables and chairs than it can fit, there really is no space to walk over to the other side of the table, especially difficult as there was also no space to hang your coats and we had to keep them in the chairs, and there clearly was no space. I think it's maybe okay for takeaway, but would NEVER recommend for dine in.

Edit After Restaurant Response: They want to make it seem like a "He said She Said" situation when it is not. There was no waiting, there was NO queue, there are 3 other people who can validate this. And there was only a couple to our left and a lady alone to our right. That's it, those were the only people in the entire restaurant. And YES, WE WERE REFUSED TO BE SERVED BY YOU! because between two of us, ordering one meal and two drinks, was not acceptable for your staff. They clearly said it's not allowed!!!

AND the customer was clearly having an argument, I would not like to repeat what she said, but she was clearly unhappy.

One of the best experiences I've ever had out in a restaurant.

The service was amazing, we were let in to eat even though the Google's times said it was shut . Our server was incredible, super friendly and patient. The food times were quick, and oh my goodness. The taste was 10/10.

Brilliant vegetarian options and pescatarian options. Menu clearly stating what's in the dishes. The drinks were also incredible. Beautiful to look at and drink.

The sizes were also gigantic. But in a great way, very filling but didn't feel too much and the prices were perfect for how much we got with it!!

I was there with a friend and we ordered sushi. In general the sushi was ok, but nothing special about it. It was nice that they added a couple of flowers and decoration to the dish as presentation, this is something I didn’t see before. The price in my opinion is a bit high for the quality of the food. The restaurant is also quite small, but the decoration is good. If you visit, it is better to have a reservation I wouldn’t come back for sushi, but would like to try other things in their menu. Also, it would be great if they had alcoholic beer as drink to take in. My friend and I ...
