The service was ok heading to good! The playlist makes me feel more in Puerto rico than in Perú. The table had a rose that was not really in shape to be presented. The kitchen took 30 min. to deliver my starter and another 30-35 min. for my main dish. I heard my neighbor table wanted a few stuff like Yuquitas Fritas (I was also about to order it) but they could not have it because the kitchen run out of it as well as some other two things that the customers needed to change at the moment. They should let the people know it in advance, rather than giving the customers 20 min. before taking an order. The food was not as expected, salty, to much soy sauce on everything. The Causa Limeña was missing the avocado, also had a red sauce inside (do not know why, because none of the ingredients inside could change the colour from the supposed to be white sauce, as showed on the website). You can not really taste the Huancaina sauce because its mixed with soy sauce. The Lomo saltado was more like a soy sauce soup, also using cocktail tomatos instead of roma tomatos. I could not imagine how can someone serve a Ceviche Caliente, the most important thing on a ceviche its to be fresh and quiet cold. I can't even consider it 70% authentic...
Read moreI only have one word for this restaurant: EXCELLENT. The food taste was really authentic regarding to the high cuisine Peruvian standards and the groceries' quality were exquisite. The menus were a little bit pricey but it absolutely worth it. I read, some people commented that the food portions were small. If you go to Perú to the typical ''Sangucheria'' you will find very big portions with very tasty BUT very low quality nourishments. So I guess it depends on what you were expecting. I think that's not what they're trying to achieve in this place, but they're trying to offer you a gourmet version from the Peruvian cuisine like you could find in famous and renown Peruvian restaurants as ''Astrid y Gaston". They're two different points of view, in my opinion not comparable. I'm greatly satisfied with the portions here, as I ended full enough. Besides the waiters were quite nice and attentive, and the toilets were clean with a pleasant and gentle fragance. On the other hand, seems that some people complain about the waiting times. It wasn't my case, but anyway it's one important point to check up. To conclude: Great job for this team!!! and please, KEEP working hard to maintain...
Read moreAfter falling in love with Peruvian cuisine during a Latin American trip, I’ve never imagined I’d enjoy such authentic, soul-satisfying flavors right here in Munich!
From the vibrant presentation to the perfectly balanced flavors, every dish delighted both adults and children alike. Peruvian cuisine, with its subtle Japanese influences, speaks beautifully to the Asian palate—yet each plate retained its distinctively Peruvian character.
The menu was impressively diverse, making it nearly impossible to choose—thankfully, we came with a group and shared nearly every appetizer, main dish, and of course, the ceviche. Each bite was a revelation. Everything was simply outstanding.
A special thanks to the warm, multilingual staff from Colombia and Mexico, who guided us through the menu with genuine hospitality and impeccable service in both English and German. Their passion made the experience even more memorable. ¡Mil...
