My wife and I happened to look for Chinese restaurants, which offered noodle soups in Munich. Apparently this restaurant just opened recently. They specialize in home-made hand-pulled noodles.
That time we ordered their Lanzhou Mala Beef Noodle Soup (蘭州麻辣牛肉麵). Just as claimed, their noodle was truly special. The chewy texture and the right thickness were the perfect combination. Read moreI discovered this place on the Google map. The reviews were really positive. So I gave it a try. It was one of the best decisions I had on that day. We had the chilli lover and the original one. We liked both of them. The chilli one was especially memorable. I kept thinking about this dish even days after having it. The broth was flavorful. Of course, it was really spicy. The beef was tender. The noodles were exceptional. You can see the chefs making fresh noodles in house right there.

Read moreThe food is really good, highly recommend! The interior is nothing fancy, but decent enough; the focus is on the food, which is how it should be. The kitchen is open so you can watch the noodles being pulled. Friendly staff and quick service. The noodles are quite slippery, I struggled with the chopsticks (normally I don't), and did not manage to keep my shirt clean. Next time I'll probably go for cutlery or wear something dark.
