Rude and Racist Staff

I visited this restaurant when there were few tables available for dining. I was assigned a table that was not much comfortable. After a while, I saw some patrons leaving their table and so I asked one of restaurants colleagues if I and my father can shift to the vacant table. After his confirmation we shifted to the new table. However, when we were just about to place our order, another colleague spoke to us in a misbehaving manner and asked us to sit where we were initially assigned as they need accommodate more guests.

This behavior was highly scornful. Sometimes, businesses fail to understand that it is because of the patrons their business are running and able to pay salaries of their so called rude staff.

I would not recommend...

We we 5 people eating dinner and we saw 3 mouse’s coming out from the kitchen. I usually visit this restaurant when I’m in Germany. But never again. I’ve seen people write about this too…the owner should close down and clean everything and get rid of these rats. They are risking their business and people health no matter the excuse from the restaurant this is dangerous and should be fixed.

We complained to the waiter and his response that he knows and it’s normal. Well if that’s the standards I don’t wanna see the hygiene protocol in the kitchen.

Again it can harm people’s health. The sad thing we saw it after we finished eating and I really didn’t want to pay after I saw that…..but didn’t want to...

On a rainy day I went here on my first date with my not yet girlfriend and she really liked the atmosphere there. There were a lot of people and it was a bit loud but that made it less awkward for us like you know when you're on your first date, you both are shy, don't know what to say and then theres just awkward silence? I overheard people talking about how they got their scars and since I was really shy and didn't knew what I should do I asked her that. We ended up talking about our childhood for hours. It was one of the best dates I've ever had, shout out to the group of students, you saved our date :D. The Alex has a special place in my heart and I'll definitely visit it again...
