Pizz & Via — Restaurant in Nuremberg

hello we went to eat at the store we ate the scampi salad was wonderful. then we ordered spaghetti with seafood we told the owner if he can make it without mussels he said yes when the plate came we saw that it has mussels and the spaghetti were stuck silk we told them to the girl that the spaghetti is not well cooked and that the plate has mussels while we did not say not to put them the girl took the plate after we turned it without eating anything from the plate when it came time to pay we were charged and the plate we turned back the girl shouted the boss came to our table and started shouting at us in his world we explained what happened and that we did not eat from the plate and that if he can not charge it because we did not eat at all and again I say we turned it back our boss He said that this can not be done because the staff has to pay for the electricity and other expenses of the store and that the food we eat there is so good that we will not go to the toilet to I fill in that his wife was coming and looking at us as if we had stolen something from the store. in the end he did not charge the plate but the experience as a shop was that bad can happen to a customer…. the boss has to learn ways are very rude and to add something more we asked for fresh lemon set for a drink and he told us I do not have natural lemon juice we told him politely if he can somehow make us and he answered in a style that he can not squeeze natural lemon juice and is a...

Just like the previous comments about this place: If I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars. Most terrible service experience of my life. We waited surely about half an hour or more to have a pizza, which tasted averagely. Incredibly unfriendly people, not wanting to return the money when we said we needed the pizza (when we already waited like 15-20mins). We ordered a normal pizza (prosciutto funghi and mozzarella buffalina). A woman outside who’s been there even before us waited for like 30-45 mins for her small antipasti plate, how can you justify this??? Made us wait when we wanted to go because we had to catch a train cause we didn’t expect to wait for 30min or more to get a pizza to go. Inside was completely full and incredibly loud, which you could hear on the outside with the same loudness. When the pizza finally came, it was more or less lukewarm, no spices (Origano) on it and random people going behind the counter trying to justify the impoliteness and unprofessional service of the pizzaiolo. Conclusion: don’t go there, go to the place on the opposite side (Italian bakery). They had nice small appetisers and much more (which I got because we were starving), good coffee and friendly service! Ah yeah, and mozzarella “buffalina” was more like shoe gum mozzarella from Aldi. Horrible service! Last week my friends and I stopped at pizz & via for lunch before our flight, we ordered two pizzas and found pieces of glass in one of them!!!! Leave alone the fact that we could have got a very serious injury, no one gave us any kind of explanation about how the glass happened to appear in the pizza. They brought us a new pizza, but in the end refused to give any discount. I seriously do not understand how a restaurant staff can have so little knowledge of what customer service is. What is more, the waiter without even being sorry started yelling at us when we complained about the bill and said that it is not his fault and if we don't like their place, we should eat somewhere else. Well obviously this was our first and last visit to your restaurant. And by the way if glass appears in your product that IS your fault and not the fault of the customer!
