Warm and cozy place with excellent food, have tried sushi, beef, chicken and several plates and they all taste amazing. No complaints when it comes to food taste and portions; but I must say that service is lackluster at best, and the waiting times are long, sat with a group of 5 and had to wait for more than an hour for the food and noticed a different treatment to our table than the one besides us who got offered several times an entree and got asked several times if they were ok yet we were left alone with no update or check in for more than an hour and received our food cold; not accusing or pinpointing the differential treatment in any specific reason, it could go from our much younger age group or the simple fact we’re not german, who knows and I’m not assuming anything but it was something we definitely noted. Good food, terrible service: would think twice before recommending since there are much better places here in Brandenburger Str. We came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and have a nice dinner. We arrived and we got seated quickly but that was pretty much the only conversation we had with our server. Our food took over an hour to get to our table with no explanation or apology from the server. Having worked at a restaurant before I know it’s not the servers fault if the food takes too long but an acknowledgment of the fact or an apology goes a long way. One of my friend’s food was served cold and the vegetables from another friends warm dish were still raw. The sushi and the duck dishes that we had were very tasty but overall the price was not worth the experience. It seemed as if the tables being waited on by our server were all quite unsatisfied due to the fact that he never came in to check on the table and also never even looked into our direction. I liked how the place looked and the decoration as well. Just needs to improve on the above mentioned facts. Overall, I left with a bittersweet feeling of the whole experience given that it was a special occasion...

I had a really nice experience here. The plate of sushi the brought to me was well presented, and you could see that every hosomaki, nigiri or uramaki were prepared with great care and a research for details. The flavour of the fish and of the other ingredients was superb, and apart from the standard offers there are also more elaborated and interesting combinations.

The local has a modern style, with some reminiscence of the Asian culture.
