Bad service. I sat with my wife and daughter on the terrace of the restaurant. First the delay in attendance was incredible, even though it was not a busy time. The drinks arrived and my "homemade" icetea tasted like supermarket peach icetea (I ordered icetea and the waiter didn't tell me it was peach and on the menu there was no peach icetea) butt ok. The waiter also didn't ask how we wanted the hamburger meat. During the meal my 4 year old daughter spilled the glass of water on the table and soon after my wife spilled her drink, then we saw that the table's boards, rustic, made a gap in the middle of the table, so the glasses turned . We complained and the answer was that they had no responsibility and could not do anything about the table, because it is a very big company and our complaint would not reach anyone who can solve...

Friday 29.10.2021 aroun 14.00 /15.00 o'clock, i was there to eat with my friends, we have very good experience same place in Munih, but here in Regensburg Middle of city we go to have good time,but because of angry service Girl (with blond hear) we had problem. for an American looking for traditional burger fare, this will satisfy your appetite. It's nothing spectacular or innovative, but it wasn't bad either. Your burger will be made custom to order, so brush up on your German pronunciations of condiments beforehand. Otherwise, ask for a wait staff that is more fluent in English. Some are better than others.
