When we entered the restaurant, the owner slammed the door shut. (She could have just asked us to close the door.) We then experienced noticeably different treatment. First, our group of four was only given three menus. Next, she "threw" disposable chopsticks at Out table, even though regular chopsticks were set on other empty tables. While we were still eating, she came over and placed the bill on the table and took away the deco-flowers, even though there were still 40 minutes until closing time. She then turned off the air conditioning, opened the door, and attempted to clear away our unfinished food. We informed her that we hadn't finished the good yet and felt disrespected, then she walked straight back to the kitchen without any intention of apologizing.

Service lady was only thing that deserved a 2 star. she was extremely nice made us feel very welcome. The menu looked typical Japanese food. The Pork Ramen was far from what it should be. My Japanese wife very shocked to be served Penne Pasta with her Chicken Karagge weird combo. And Beansprouts n Egg noodle in Ramen just ain't meant to be. I think they have to go back to the basics of cooking. You've got to at least get your ingredients correct. To have heard the chefs in kitchen having an argument with waitress, while we waited 20 minutes to pay the bill. Summed up a very disappointing evening. Read moreSchockierend schlechte Erfahrung! Heute Abend haben wir in diesem Restaurant gegessen, und es war eine schreckliche Erfahrung! In unserer Ramen-Schüssel fanden wir eine kleine Kakerlake. Als wir der Besitzerin davon erzählten, nahm sie das Insekt nur mit den Fingern heraus, schaute es sich an und ging wortlos in die Küche. Später entschuldigte sie sich kurz, ignorierte uns dann aber komplett und bediente stattdessen eine Gruppe japanischer Gäste.
Wir erwarteten, dass sie eine neue Schüssel Ramen bringen würde, aber nach 10 Minuten Wartezeit passierte nichts. Als wir zweimal (auf Deutsch und Englisch) fragten, ob die Ramen wenigstens erstattet oder rabattiert werden könnten, antwortete sie nicht – sie schüttelte nur den Kopf und brachte wortlos die Rechnung. Keine echte Entschuldigung, keine Lösung – es fühlte sich an, als würden wir ihr nur lästig fallen.
Abgesehen davon war das Essen mittelmäßig: Der Sushi-Reis war halb roh, und das Unagi-Don (Aal-Reis) viel zu salzig. Wir werden nie wieder hierher kommen!
Horrible dining experience – cockroach in ramen & terrible service! We had an extremely disappointing meal here tonight. We found a small cockroach in our ramen bowl, and when we pointed it out, the owner just picked it out with her fingers, examined it silently, and walked back to the kitchen. After a while, she mumbled a half-hearted "sorry" but then completely ignored us to take orders from a Japanese group instead.
We expected her to replace our ramen, but after waiting 10 minutes with no response, we asked twice (in German and English) if the dish could be comped or discounted. She didn’t answer, just shook her head and silently brought the bill. No apology, no solution—it felt like she treated us as an inconvenience.
