Read moreThis visit was a little bit like "candid camera"....We were a Group of 30. We had things brought that no one ordered, ordered things that weren't brought. Arguments over "but this HAS to be at THIS table" .Wrong drink served, which i sent back, and requested the correct one. Nothing came. Then , after ask IKK ng about my missing drink, I was asked if I wanted to order something different, since "you already sent it back twice". Ahm..no, I don't want to order anything different, I SIMPLY want the PLAIN Cola I ordered. Waitress Lena at attempting to deliver the wrong food, started sighing and rolling her eyes quite obviously and cutting faces.
Another waitress, a little later, just threw the tray with the crepe down in front of the patron with a loud clatter. Our main waitress sure tried, though. Even found out the "twice" (really once) returned drink had been mixed up by a coworker. No toilet paper.
The place has a beautiful ambience, the food looked and tasted good.
Service personel sure could use a freshning up on training, and Lena might prefer...
Read more1 star for the drinks and food, and a star for the location. They’re okay, not the best, not the worst. But the customer service orientation and communication are both bad and need to be worked on. This isn’t my first time here, and every time I get even more surprised by how the crew are trained. I sat for half an hour before one of them approached me and asked what I wanted to order. My dad saw one of the waiters passing by and asked her if we could order and she had this confused look on her face as if she wasn’t working there. Seems like smiling is one of the most difficult tasks at this place. I hope management will work on developing their crews communication and soft skills, implement policies carrying more empathy to the customers. Update: I delivered this feedback to the manager and he was very understanding and apologized on behalf of the waitress for her behavior, which I believe was a positive interaction, so another star was added for manager...
