Burger House — Restaurant in Stuttgart

Overall it was a ok experience which is represented by 3 stars.

Why it was not a 4 or even 5 star experience:

To start the lady waitress was to agressive for my point of view. Would not let me finish the sentences/questions and at one time when I refused fries she asked me why? If she really needs to know that I guess the answer is I try to avoid stuff that can worsen my acid reflux.

The Burger that I had was pretty ok, nothing special, I expected something more but for what I got it was ok, ( it was most expensive burger there.... should not be ok).

I also had a unpleasent chat with another waiter which did not waited for me to finish the sentence and turned away and left.

I always tip, I like to tip just to see the smile on persons face, if I was a waiter I would love to have the same gratitude. This restaurant was not the case. Forgetting all of this, I still headed to payment with mentality ot tipping but again, with lack of attention that I was treated again, made me to not do it.

To really summ this up, it is a ok food which can always get better, also, what needs to get better is the waiter to a customer experience. I have been to a worse places and I have been to a good places....

I was walking back from the Schlossplatz and saw this place and realized that I haven't had a burger in a bit so decided to come back for dinner before getting drinks.

Service It was pretty packed once I came but they actually added another table outside for me and the group behind me. Very good service and brought the food quickly

Food Ordered the Truffle Burger and Parmesan Truffle fries. The food did come out in less that 10 minutes. The fries were definitely mixed with fresh hot fries and colder ones as even at the end of eating the cheese wasn't even melted yet. Truffles were ok but the fries need salt or other seasoning. The burger wasn't bad. The main issue was the size of the meat patty itself. It was definitely small and even the bun was bigger. Meat had little to no flavor but the sauce was the star of this. Also mixed amount of bacon by varying degrees of cookness(crispy, undercooked, and done)

Overall Definitely not up to standard. I am a huge burger fan but even though they weren't the worst I have had in Stuttgart I would not recommend but the service...

It appears that Burger House was sold to new management and is now, I believe, Benz Burger Bar (I know the Benz part is correct, but I could not remember the last part). The menu is still the same, but the atmosphere is absolutely terrible. They are playing classical type restaurant music vice hip hop/pop. This is a burger house, not a French or Italian restaurant. The music changed the entire vibe of the restaurant and made our dinner experience very uncomfortable.

The quality of the food remained the same. If we are to ever go back, we would only sit outside because thats how bad the music made the experience.

It is definitely not what it used to be.
