Fresh. Very kind staff. I do wish they had additional veg offerings, or that they rotated them for variety, but it seems (from the printed menu board) like it's the same 8 or 9 all the time. Fruits were nice. Avocado was beautiful. The options for sprinkles on top were really inspired--fried onions, crunchy seaweed, coconut flakes, etc--stuff you don't see all the time. Smoothies looked awesome. Juices are not made freshly there so if you want a juice you have to have it in a plastic bottle. I'm not willing, so I didn't check the flavors, but there were 6 or so choices. Extra star for the lovely outdoor seating and couches and stuff. But it's not monitored and people eat Burger King there, or don't bus their tables like they're supposed to. Sometimes the line would be long but it seemed to keep moving. Unser Besuch bei Yuizey war leider insgesamt enttäuschend – geschmacklich, organisatorisch und preislich. Ich hatte mehr erhofft aus dem Grund, dass das Essen sehr vielversprechend aussah.

Protein Chock Fie Bowl: Die Bowl war einfach eiskalt – als wäre sie gerade aus dem Gefrierfach gekommen. Man hat beim Essen die gefrorenen Kristalle gemerkt, die Banane war komplett gefroren, und vom angekündigten „Protein“ war nichts zu spüren. Das war eher eine gefrorene Obstmasse als eine ausgewogene Bowl.

Crispy Chicken Bowl: Ich hatte die große Variante bestellt (+5 €), und ja – es war definitiv mehr drin. Allerdings war der Inhalt trotzdem enttäuschend. Der Reis und das Brokkoli waren kalt, das Chicken sehr wenig. Und geschmacklich war die Bowl ohne das Chicken auch einfach nicht gut – kalt, wenig gewürzt, insgesamt lieblos. Das vegane Fleisch war geschmacklich okay, hat an Putenbrust erinnert, aber das allein reicht bei dem Preis nicht aus.

Vanille-Matcha: Der Matcha war in Ordnung – lecker, aber nichts Besonderes. Wir hatten ihn zweimal, und es war der solideste Teil des Besuchs.

Service und Wartezeit: Sehr schwach. 25 Minuten Wartezeit für den Matcha, rund 40 Minuten auf das Essen. Währenddessen wurden wir lange ignoriert – eine Mitarbeiterin bereitete Essen zu, nahm aber keine Bestellungen auf. Eine andere war scheinbar in Pause, obwohl offensichtlich Unterstützung nötig war. Und: Gäste, die nach uns kamen, wurden zuerst bedient. Das war wirklich enttäuschend und wirkte unorganisiert.

Ambiente & Optik: Die Location ist wirklich sehr schön gestaltet – modern, hell und einladend. Auch das Essen sah auf den ersten Blick sehr gut aus. Leider hat es geschmacklich und qualitativ nicht das gehalten, was die Optik versprochen hat. Jedoch waren die meisten Tische nicht abgeräumt oder geputzt. Auf der Terasse, so wie im Laden. Auserhalb war auch viel Müll auf dem Boden.

Preis-Leistung: Fast 40 Euro haben wir bezahlt – dafür erwarte ich heißes Essen, freundlichen Service und zumindest ein durchdachtes Konzept. Stattdessen bekamen wir kalte Bowls und das Gefühl, eher im Weg zu stehen.

Fazit: Yuizey überzeugt mit schöner Location und ansprechender Präsentation, enttäuscht aber beim Wichtigsten: Geschmack, Temperatur, Service. Leider kein Ort, den wir erneut...

Yesterday we stopped by and ordered 3 matcha ice lattes. The lady behind the bar seemed doing everything else except our order. The place wasnt crowded and there was only one lady waiting before us. After 30mins I asked the waitress (with piercings) how long is it going to take to finish our order and her facial reaction was incredible. She was looking at me like I asked her about the theory of relativity and she was sooo annoyed by that. A magical word “sorry” would have fixed the whole situation, as we would totally understand if the lady is new at work and she needed some more time.
