Meister Wu — Restaurant in Ulm

aunthentic chinese resto in ulm! The flavour here reminds me of food I used to eat in Beijing. The staffs are very friendly & helpful. I tried 3 food:

Pork & Cabbage dumplings 9/10 the outer is crispy, the dumplings are tasty! but i do wish they offer the different sauce ( 辣椒将）

Spicy chicken 8.7/10 its really delicious!! i love it. the portion is so big

Mochi 8/10 the mochi is freshly made with black sesame on it! Really love it

the price is relatively affordable with this kind of portion. the atmosphere...

Frisch, lecker und authentisch

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf zwei Besuche seit der Wiedereröffnung unter dem Namen „Meister Wu“.

Obwohl der Name dies vermuten lässt, handelt es sich nicht um einen standard Asiaten mit Wokgerichten, welche aus Fleisch+Reis/Nudeln+Soße bestehen. Hier wird frisch und - so weit ich das als Europäer überhaupt beurteilen kann - authentisch zubereitet. Die Speisekarten sind auf Deutsch und auch Chinesisch verfügbar, ich denke das spricht für sich.

Es handelt sich offenbar um einen Betrieb in Familienhand, hier merkt man, dass „mit Liebe gekocht“ wird.

Die sehr freundliche Bedienung fragt sicherheitshalber mehrfach nach, wie scharf man es mag und verträgt. Mir hat das „Zi Ran Niu Rou“ hervorragend geschmeckt.

Die Preise sind angemessen, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis scheint in Ordnung.

Das Interieur ist ein wenig schmucklos, sagen wir schlicht. Leider war mir bei meinem Besuch im März in der Gaststätte recht kühl. Vielleicht sind Atmosphäre und Temperatur...
