It is a paradise for good food lovers and especially steak addicts - Argentinian steak is the one to die for. Curry soup with shrimps and pineapple in addition and tomato soup with mozarella and cherry tomatos in addition were phantastic. Big size of salats with beef, where beef is not a decoration but really something to enjoy. Apple strudel had a very pleasant combination of sourness of the apples and a sweetness of an ice-cream. PIZZA LOVERS BEWARE! the location of this restaurant is amazing, right in the town Square and very relaxing. The staff are very friendly unlike other places around here. But the food was not so good in my opinion. I ordered a pizza which I was really looking forward to, it came out on a huge pizza plate but the pizza itself was so small. Just like a child's portion. The dough was so thick and chewy and the 'tomato base' was just fresh tomato slices. I had some strange sauce too which did not go with the pizza.

WoW! Wir sind durch Wernigerode auf der Suche nach einen Restaurant geschlendert, als ich das Werbeschild "Frische Leber "Berliner Art" sah. Die es mögen, wissen, Leber gibt es nicht oft in Restaurant und ist in Händling und Zubereitung schon etwas tricky!

Also schauen wir mal rein. Das Lokal ist gut besucht und macht auf Anhieb ein gemüdlichen und die Bedienung einen freundlichen und geschäftigen Eindruck.

Die Speicherkarte + Sonderkarte sind klar und übersichtlicht ohne viel Tamtam.

Ich hatte mich ja schon entschieden, Leber! Was mir dabei besonders gefällt, alle Gerichte gibt es als kleine Portion, zwar gedacht als Ausgleich, dafür, dass es Vorspeisen nur in Verbindung mit einer Hauptspeise gibt, für mich, mit Schlauchmagen aber ein Segen.

Meine Frau geht über die volle Distanz! Curry-Mango-Kokos-Suppe mit Shrimps, Schweinemedallions vom Grill und die Mousse au chocolat musste auch noch!

Alles vom feinsten! Die Leber saftig, die Ziebeln butterig mit Biss und der Kartoffelstampf selbstgemacht mit richtig Geschmack der kleine gebacken Apfel mit Cranberrys war das i-Tüpfelchen.

Auch bei meiner Frau alles frisch und selbst gemacht, selbst die Kräuterbutter, die heute in jedem besseren Steakhouse aus der Tüte kommt, selbst gemacht!!

Alles serviert von einer sehr netten und trotz Vollbeschäftigung, auch mal für ein kleines Gespräch bereite Bedienung!

Hier arbeiten Menschen mit Herz und Seele, die Essen zum Erlebnis machen und das zum absolut fairen Preis!
