Eiscafé Rialto — Restaurant in Wiesbaden

I love this gelato. The taste: amazing. The texture: quite fabulous and unique. I don’t speak a lick of German, yet they understood exactly what I was saying. As soon as I took my first bite, I immediately knew I needed to come back the next day. Even though I already picked out the two new flavors, I found even more options that I wanted to order. While some may say this place is expensive, I have to strongly disagree. When I was in Scotland, I got two scoops for 7 euros, instead of the 4 like they do here. First of all, your ice-cream is super delicious, I enjoyed it a lot and recommend to everybody who would like to eat a good quality ice-cream. But more importantly, I would like to write this review as I would like to express my gratitude to the kind person who found my lost wallet at Eiscafé Rialto during the Rheingau Wine Festival. We've been here numerous times since moving to Wiesbaden 5 years ago. Prices have increased from €1 for a one scoop cone to €1.30 (April 2018). Scoops are on the small side, but the taste and convenience makes up for it. Located on the left corner of the Market Square where the farmer's market are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
