THE HAYVIN — Restaurant in Accra

I recently celebrated my birthday at Hayvin, and it was a fantastic dining experience. Upon arrival, we took a lift to reach the restaurant, and we were immediately impressed by the lovely entrance. The entire restaurant exuded a delightful ambiance, offering both indoor and outdoor seating options. My birthday guests and I were fortunate enough to secure a spot outside, where we enjoyed sipping cocktails and indulging in starters. The spacious terrace provided a perfect setting, enhanced by the captivating music played by the DJ.

The spring rolls we ordered were simply delectable, bursting with flavor and a delightful freshness. We were pleased to find that the menu prices were reasonable, making the dining experience even more enjoyable without being overly expensive. To our pleasant surprise, the restaurant generously offered us complimentary shots of tequila, which we happily accepted and savored.

For our main meal, we opted to sit indoors and were greeted by a beautifully decorated interior. The captivating decor added a touch of charm and provided a great backdrop for capturing memorable moments. We ordered wings and an assortment of sides, which, although they took a bit longer to arrive, completely made up for the wait with their incredibly tasty flavors. The culinary experience was truly satisfying.

Unfortunately, our enthusiasm for ending our meal on a sweet note was dampened when we discovered that all of their desserts were out of stock. Nonetheless, the waiting staff remained friendly, accommodating, and attentive throughout our visit, ensuring that our overall experience was enjoyable.

In conclusion, we had a truly wonderful time at Hayvin. The restaurant's pleasant atmosphere, delicious food, and warm service left a lasting impression on us. We are already making plans to return in the future, eager to recreate the exceptional...

Only spent 10 minutes here. We made a reservation for a birthday dinner on 08/04/23. We also doubled checked today (10/04/23) that the reservation was still available for later that day and the staff member on the phone assured that the reservation was still there for our party of 11. When we arrived they claimed that they didn’t have our reservation. They talked amongst themselves and came back to say that there was an emergency in the kitchen so food was no longer being served. We decided to order drinks whilst looking for somewhere else to eat and we saw other people being served food! There was also kitchen staff present so the kitchen was still in operation. That was when we decided to pick ourselves up and leave as for whatever reason they didn’t want to serve us. Save your time and don’t bother...
