We visited this restaurant in this beautiful Greek town. The attention, both from the owner, Vangelis, and from the waiters, was attentive and friendly at all times. and professional as well.. Great selection of wines. As for the food, I must say that it is a little different, but in a good way, from the rest of the restaurants in this village . The menu is extensive enough to please all types of customers, but not so extensive that it is difficult to choose. Their cuisine has the excellent locally sourced ingredients and a delicious olive oil from theiir own olive trees . As for dinner, My highlights were the excellent 'Angiolina' risotto (sublime) and the eggplant for dipping, simply delicious. We also had tzatziki, fried zucchini with sour cream, marinated sardines, crab salad, and for dessert, tiramisu and orange cake. Everything excellent. In short, a place that perfectly combines what you can expect from a tourist restaurant, but with great quality in the product, care in the treatment and top quality ingredients . Highly recommended. Read moreWent to kaminia and found Angiolina Restuarant. Right on the beach are a number of other eateries. Very friendly staff, food was lovely, well presented and didn't have to wait very long. Reasonably priced. They have their own sunbeds and umbrellas, which are free if you spend 30 euros on drinks - easily done. Otherwise, it is 15 euros for the day. Parking is free, a reasonable amount of space on the sea front. The beach is mainly sand, just a scattering of pebbles, which makes for a nice paddle. It's shallow for quite a long way out, maybe 2 feet or so. Water is nice and warm. Away from the bars, the beach is visited by turtles to make nests and lay their eggs from July to August. They are normally marked, but you need to be aware of your surroundings.
