The staff were friendly, though the atmosphere was a little drab with the place mostly frequented by old people.

Μαγαζί που κυριολεκτικά βγήκε από το χρονοντούλαπο της ιστορίας. Άλλωστε γι αυτό το επισκεφθήκαμε, ως ένα "παραδοσιακό" εστιατόριο. Υπάρχει ένας εκτεταμένος κατάλογος που δίνει μια ιδέα για τα πιάτα που ετοιμάζει γενικά το μαγαζί κι από κει και πέρα τα πιάτα της ημέρας είναι διαθέσιμα στην προθήκη. Δεδομένου ότι τα πιάτα είναι ήδη μαγειρεμένα κι απλά σερβίρονται, εμένα με παραπέμπει πιο πολύ σε λογική μαγειρείου παρά εστιατορίου. Τα πιάτα ήταν συμπαθητικά, δεν μπορώ να πω ότι ενθουσιάστηκα είτε με τα κεφτεδάκια ή τα παπουτσάκια, το σνίτσελ ήταν ίσως το καλύτερο. Το service καλό, οι άνθρωποι ευγενικοί αλλά δεν κατάλαβα την όποια καθυστέρηση (δεν ήταν κάτι ιδιαίτερο είναι αλήθεια) μιας και ουσιαστικά τα πιάτα χρειάζονται απλά σερβίρισμα απ' την ώρα που επιλεχθούν. Η διακόσμηση και η ατμόσφαιρα είναι όντως κάτι αξιοσημείωτο δεδομένου ότι υπάρχουν απειροελάχιστα μαγαζιά πια που έχουν κρατήσει, σε τόσο καλή κατάσταση κιόλας, το decor και τα έπιπλα. Κυριακή μεσημέρι το μαγαζί γέμισε τελείως. Η τιμή λογική για τα πιάτα και το σύνολο. Θεωρώ πως αξίζει να το επισκεφτεί κάποιος για την εμπειρία, μαγειρικά κρατάει ένα επίπεδο χωρίς να εντυπωσιάζει.

Probably one of the kindest service and one of the most amazing and family style meals I’ve had in Athens. Reminds me of home from the incredible flavors to the hospitality. We couldn’t stop going there and ended up having lunch there daily for our entire stay. I would suggest you go early around 12-2 PM to take advantage of the amazing options. Closer to closing time, many dishes from the list run out because of food they are! Wow wow...
