On The Rock cafe - bar — Restaurant in Lefkada Municipality

Myself & my best friend are currently sat here enjoying our last few drinks before we leave tomorrow. The hospitality overall is very welcoming however, our favourite member of staff (she will know who she is) makes an amazing frappe, a really good Long Island iced tea but her aperol spritz is to die for. The service from this lovely lady is amazing. She is so kind & attentive. All this whilst listening to a fabulous playlist & looking out on the best view from every view point in the bar. We were given complimentary sandwiches & a drink during our stay. There is a minimum 10€ per hour charge but this stops people from sitting there using the facility as a seating area for visiting the beach. You can easily spend this amount anywhere else but the views are much better and be able to use the facility for an hour or more. To those that find this a difficult thing to accept & give a poor rating...

This bar is an absolute find. The view alone is worth every cent — crystal-clear water, golden sunsets, and a serene vibe that’s hard to beat. The service was fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, even during peak hours.

Now, about the €10 minimum per table per hour — it’s surprising how many people complain about this. Let’s be honest: you’re sitting front row at one of the most scenic spots in Agios Nikitas. This isn't a public bench, it's a private business offering a premium location, attentive staff, and a clean, comfortable atmosphere. If you can't spend €10 per hour in a place like this, maybe rethink where you want to relax.

Whilst holidaying in Agios Nikitas we visited On the Rock most days either for breakfast, lunch or evening drinks. What a beautiful place to soak up the atmosphere, admire the view and relax. The staff, in particular Evangelina, who makes the best Aperol Spritz, are all very friendly and very efficient. I agree with their minimum €10 hour spend otherwise you end up with cheapskates taking up seats all day long, just buying one drink, as we saw in so many of the beach-front cafes.
