The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice as there were many fans. The service was good but not perfect as they took all of our napkins and we needed them as a few plates were spilled due to the small dimensions of the table. The food was atrocious. There was no sauce in all of the sandwiches and the fresh fruits in the pancake were the most basic fruits such as apples and bananas. I was expecting a bit more due the fact that we are on an exotic island and they have a variety of fruits but they still chose the cheapest ones. The only thing that saved the sandwiches was the cheap lays chips that made them edible but still not enough satiating. The Croque madam was just bread with a 3 euro ham from lidl and a dry egg above. For more color they added two pieces of tomato and inedible lettuce. The toilet was not that dirty but the soap was missing, the sinks were too small and the toilet paper was too thin. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant for nothing except for the nice locations but it still isn’t compensating for the food I could’ve made by myself for less than 5 minutes and 3 times cheaper. But look at it on the bright side, we were too distracted by the loud music and the people that sold souvenirs to acknowledge the hunger and dissatisfaction from the ingredients that we were served instead of well prepared food. The high rating of this “restaurant” was just a scam and I believe that everyone who didn’t leave a bad rating was just payed to do so. I would’ve attached photos of my food but I usually only take photos of good looking stuff and not...
Read moreTucked away in the charming lanes of Corfu Old Town, Session is the kind of cocktail bar that feels like a well-kept secret—until you step in and realize the word is out among those who know their drinks. The vibe is effortlessly cool: minimal yet warm, with soft lighting, sleek wood finishes, and a laid-back playlist that sets the mood without trying too hard.
The cocktail menu is a thoughtful blend of classics and creative signatures. I started with their Smoked Negroni, which arrived in a bell jar filled with aromatic smoke—dramatic, yes, but not just for show. The balance of bitter and sweet was spot on, with the smoke adding a sultry depth that lingered pleasantly after each sip.
Next up: their Corfu Spritz, a playful nod to the island’s citrusy soul, made with kumquat liqueur (a local favorite), prosecco, and a splash of elderflower. It was bright, refreshing, and dangerously easy to drink—perfect for a warm evening.
What stood out was the craftsmanship. Every cocktail felt intentional, layered, and beautifully presented, but never overworked. The bartenders are clearly passionate, happy to recommend or even tailor something to your preferences.
Session isn’t just a bar—it’s an experience. Whether you’re a cocktail connoisseur or just want a delicious drink in a beautiful setting, this is a...
Read moreI rarely give bad reviews but in this case I have to. I visited this cafe with my sister and daughter. We ordered our drinks from a nice smiling waitress (blonde girl, very polite) and then a waiter approached us (short, dark hair, tattoos) and during a casual conversation which he started he offended us when he found out that we were different nationality. We were so surprised, we did not offend him in any way or give him any reason for such behavior. We even told him that we spent summers in his country and that we never had any bad experience in beautiful Albania. We cancelled our order and left. This is the first time something like this happened to us and we travel all the time. Such an awful experience, he should not be working in tourism at all. He is a shame for Albanian tourism. I wanted to talk to the owner of the cafe about this but my sister asked me not to because we are three women travelling on our own so she was afraid. Out of this bad experience Corfu was perfect. We love Greece and we will come...
