Sway Cocktail & Food Bar Corfu — Restaurant in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

This is one of the more upbeat bar/day cafes in the old part of Corfu town. There is an array of fantastic spirits on offer stored like an old library with sliding ladder to boot. But if you bother to look past the magnificent display of fine Scotch and Gins etc you'll find some good wines are stocked too which is what I chose on a late but warm September evening. The staff and particularly the barman are skilled at what they do and spend most of thier time serving cocktails to the local IT crowd that frequent the outside seating areas making a spectacle of the locals, with tourists wonder by with beautiful trinkets bought in the nearby boutiques. Had anyone bothered to venture inside the bar particularly at night they'd find an atmosphere bursting to explode with the funky music and chic decor. This place is a must have if you're wanting to kickstart a night out the right way...

Make sure to check the price of your drinks. We asked for two Old Fashioned made with Michters bourbon. We knew the price would be more than the usual Old Fashion price but charging €25.00 for one is robbery and very disappointing that the price was not informed beforehand.

Editing initial review as to reply. There is no disputing that product pricing is displayed on menus. The point that is being made is the cocktail was ordered at the bar before viewing any menu and therefore it is felt that at that point a price notification should have been communicated...

The food is good but the staff is slow and we wanted to cancel one of our dishes because it was a dessert and we said that we would order it at the end if we wanted to and they had already put it on the receipt and the waitress said she had to call her supervisor and they weren't supposed to cancel things and that she didn't know how to do it only the supervisor did... I mean seriously what sort of excuse is that? We were nice enough to say OK and not make a big deal out of it and ordered it anyway AND it was late!!! Cmon... PS: IT'S NOT EVEN GOOD!!!! I'M EATING IT...
